Bad GUI for Instructions and High Scores #82

The GUI for instructions is a giant wall of text, making it difficult to read. The high score GUI is the same as the game over screen. It should be changed to be separate.

High Score GUI problem its own issue #120. Making Instructions GUI more appealing is a good idea.
