prepare to add some adb commands to identify specific problems, since I'm sick of telling the people to give reproducable output in the issue reports I can now only link to the two threads (report a bug and here), for normal small problems the in-built stuff should be does the other jobs well, added some basic explanation (btw Google is now a sub of Alphabet)
