Agent logs access control

Problem:
The Agent sends its logs to the Manager. Therefore, only the Agent must be able to access those files to prevent information from being leaked outside the VM. For example, the Algorithm running inside the VM must not be able to write sensitive data to the Agent logs.

Solution:
Implement access control in HAL Linux image.
