Perfusion Imaging via Advection-Diffusion

This is the official repository for our work on modeling perfusion imaging via advection-diffusion. This repository contains codes for simulating synthetic normal/abnormal brain advection-diffusion dataset, and modeling perfusion imaging from both optimization-based (PIANO) and deep-learning-based (YETI, SONATA) perspectives, as well as all the experiments in our papers:

Download the dataset from this link.
This dataset is simulated based on original brain data from the IXI brain dataset.
