Setting up athens.unmonastery.org

Need to:

• Setup DNS
• Clone matera repo into athens
• Change all instances of 'Matera' to 'Athens'
• Change 'News' link to point to blog at https://unmonsummits.wordpress.com/
• Get a few pictures for the scrolly picture thing
• Overview: @katalinh specify what to go in Overview menu and content for each page
• Community: Main org, discourse and Medium links
• Projects: Link to http://unmonastery.org/projects/ (open in new window)
• Visiting: @katalinh
