Requirements:

Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 Download
PHP Binarys for Windows Download
Turanic .PHAR Download Site

Installation

Install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x86 and x64 on your Device
Create a Folder ex. Turanic Server
Put .PHAR in Folder or source (src)
Get start.cmd from here and put it in the same folder
At Last launch start.cmd
