Prevents "Darkness Falls" scout quests from generating from 0,0 on servers. Will instead correctly generate quests near the player.

Simply place QuestHelper inside of your 'Mods' folder (server and client) to enable the fix.

Tested against DF-4.1.2-DEV-B2 AND DF-4.1.2-DEV-B3

Might work on older Darkness Fall versions back to 4.1.1 or newer versions but untested so YMMV.
