Allow uploads to keep running when the app is not in foreground

Again, this is import if you need to upload big files, so the user does not waste the upload request if for any reason the user leaves the app (received a phone call for example or plug the phone in your car where Apple CarPlay will automatically open).

Long time no see. We finally moved on and released new uploadcare-swift integration. Currently, it is 0.1.0-alfa, and in 0.1.0-beta we'll have background upload feature. :-)

I hope you can check it out. Feedback is very welcome. If you have any feature requests or questions, shoot!
