Summary

During an integration testing, a bug was discovered in the web service in CARMACloudPlugin. Detail about this bug refers to: #603
There are similar implementations of this web service in other plugins, such as TimPlugin, ERVCloudFormawardingPlugin.

4.3.0 (Current)

Expected Behavior

No message loss in web services in V2xHub plugins.

Actual Behavior

There are message loss in the web services.

Message loss addressed in Pedestrian Plugin Webservice. May need to also be addressed in other plugins using WebService.
