Description
This hotfix addresses the issue where the CARMA Cloud Web UI fails to load the xodr map successfully. To set up traffic control, users need to access the CARMA Cloud Web UI. However, in version 4.6.0, this functionality is unavailable due to a directory mismatch in the Dockerfile.
