The active event means the current date is between event start and end date. The live event means there are some bridges that are currently running and testing for that event. The live event status is updated based on the numbers of units/bridges that are currently running. If there is at least one bridge running for that event, the event is considered live. If all bridges are shutdown, the event status those bridges registered to shall be updated to active/past depends on the event start and end time.
However, If the service that updates the event status is down before we shutdown the bridge, the event status, particularly live status, is not updated. This live status will remain even when the event has past.
The expected behavior is that if the event has past, the UI shall show past status.
