Thanks to @npechl we got great figures made with R.
Could you please also add the R packages to: https://github.com/usegalaxy-eu/microgalaxy_technical_paper_2024/blob/main/environment.yml (ideally they are in conda ?)
Maybe add the execution of the script to the make file and add a section to the readme?
