Major update to X-ray data

Much of the elemental and X-ray data has been refactored around a SQLite database which is downloaded on need.
Documentation fixes.

Adding KRatios, palettes and material definitions

Adding support for:

• KRatios - HyperSpectral equivalent of KRatio
• Palettes for coloring images according to non-linear schemes
• Material definitions for minerals and other common materials
