Context
For Build Validation, we are deploying opensuse 15X with aarch64 architecture.
Sumaform is by default injecting x86_64 repository to all opensuse minion.
What does this PR change?
Change the toolrepo repositories for opensuse to use the correct repository depending on cpuarch.
This will add the correct repositories to opensuse15Xarm.
