When running inside gh actions, we do not have scc credentials. Thus, syncing the fake-rpm-terminal-channel, which has SLE as a base, it produces an error. The fake-rpm-terminal-channel is used for the build host. Signed-off-by: Jordi Massaguer Pla <jmassaguerpla@suse.com> f

What does this PR change?
Test suite change:
We do not have SCC credentials to sync SLE channels. In any case, this was needed for the build host, for the retail use case, which is not tested in gh actions anyway.
