/var/lib/salt contains the Salt SSH configution. This needs to be persisted across restarts.
Now that all RPM-managed content has been moved away from /srv/www, use a single volume for it.

Merge the
/srv/wwwvolumes into a single one and add one for/var/lib/salt.Changelogs
