Adds predefined tools, and other support for vZome 6.0, includeing tool validation against the selection.

This is the initial release of vZome-core 5.0. The version number 5.0 is chosen to align with the version number scheme of the vZome desktop app, since this code was extracted from that codebase.

Initial unit tests and regression tests have passed, but this has not yet been tested by integration with the vZome desktop application.
