  1. "Quitters never win and winners never quit" - bad advice. Winners quit all the time. They just quit the right stuff at the right time.

  2. Extraordinary benefits accure to the tiny minority of people who are able to push just a little bit longer than most of the people.

    • World is getting larger because I can now look everywhere when I can find something or someone. At the same time, world is getting smaller because of categories are getting more specialized.

  • You get scared.
  • You are not serious about it.
  • You lose interest or enthusiasm or settle for being mediovre.
  • You focus on short term instead of long term and quits when short term gets too hard.
  • You pick the wrong thing - because you don't have talent.
