I've been working on a BACI design study for my dissertation and I've found this repository incredibly useful - thank you very much for sharing your well annotated code and knowledge - its been invaluable to me to help me through the turbulent wave of excitement and floundering with fitting glmms with BACI studies.

Note that I also have BACI relevant R code for an older project as well - https://github.com/idiv-biodiversity/BACI_GLMM
There I used lme4 package, then I moved to using glmmTMB for this project. I think the reason was that glmmTMB could handle a wider range of statistical distributions (this might have changed as I didn't check the updates anymore).
