Delphi SDK for KolibriOS 2020-05

This is the first release of Delphi SDK for KolibriOS and example applications. To build examples via script, please unpack the release to a directory without spaces in the path and name.

Theoretically compilable by any version of Delphi. Tested on Delphi 6, 7 and 2007.
