Yet another crash fix

Fixes a crash for modpack version 1.1.2. I will make this server launcher more automated/adaptive in future versions.

Changed release channel to "release" and updated neoforge
(Yeah i know the server is 2.0.0)

Boundless Server nogui fix

• Fixed nogui option causing crashes or ignoring jvm arguments (-Xms4G -Xmx4G)
• updated dependency

You can now start the server like the following

java -Xms4g -Xmx4G  -jar boundless-server.jar nogui

Automatic Boundless Server Release 🎉

You can pass jvm arguments and start it like a normal Minecraft server:

java -Xms4g -Xmx4G  -jar boundless-server.jar

It will automatically download the mods and configs from modrinth but you need to accept that eula.
