The CRISPRCasFinder program enables the easy detection of CRISPRs and cas genes in user-submitted sequence data. This is an update of the CRISPRFinder program with improved specificity and indication on the CRISPR orientation. MacSyFinder is used to identify cas genes, the CRISPR-Cas type and subtype.
CRISPRCasMeta is a workflow dedicated to the research and annotation of CRISPR/Cas structures in metagenomic data. It uses CRT (MinCED) and MetaFinder (a metagenomic version of CRISPRCasFinder 4.2.17) to perform its analysis.
CRISPRCasdb is a database of strains precomputed with CRISPRCasFinder. {.is-info}
