Update dependencies and modify log level setting

The commit removes older versions of `logrus` and `sys` dependencies from the `go.sum` file and includes them in the `go.mod` file with newer versions. Additionally, the function `SetLevel` in `logging.go` has been refactored to use `log` instead of `logrus`. This update increases code maintainability and ensures use of latest stable versions of dependencies.
