Add possible to use own sdtdserver.xml file

It will be great to have option: use custom sdtdserver.xml before making a new container, for example if is there my own sdtdserver.xml beside dockercompose file, installation will use it.

At this time i have to start server with promt "install and stop" than i change sdtdserver.xml and than i start dockercompose up with 1 (install and run)

or if is there better way i'm sorry for my bad knowladge.

Right now, I'm just fixing bugs, when I have enough time I will add environments for each option inside sdtdserver.xml to avoid manual steps, right now that's the only way to change stdserver.xml
