Allow devices to show up as a smart plug.

While this code works well, the devices created always show up as lights. It would far useful for devices to be configured to show up as smart plugs.

Since the device shows as a light, a command like "Alexa, turn on the lights." will enable the device. This might not be desired. I, for example, would not want my 3D printer to shut down just because I asked for the lights to be turned off.
