Print message on screen when starting Smart Config

Due to several conditions to start Smart Config, it's not obvious when AtsPLC actually starts it. Of course, you can check it via UART logs, but you do not able to do it always. So it would be better to print some message on the screen, when device starts Smart Config, make some progress on it and finally connects to WiFi.
