This is an application that allows you to receive notifications from Slack on Windows.

Installation instructions

1. Install the extension to Chrome: Slack Notifier - Chrome extension
2. Download, unzip and run: SlackWindowsTray.exe from the latest release file
3. To enable toast notification, you will be prompted to enter your Slack API key. Those can be generated at the bottom of this page.
4. Optional, but highly suggested:
   If Slack isn't a pinned app already, follow the directions for Chrome in Slack's apps page
