Pings (makes requests) to a specified endpoint with GET Requests/ 0 params/ every n times per hour.
Simple solution to wake up App Services, that are located on Azure under Free Plan. As this plan doesn't have "Always on" functionality and needs to be waked up every ~20-30 minutes.
