Example notebook

This release is to provide (finally!) an example notebook. There's also a bunch of bug fixes and optimizations made to the code.

Version 1

This is the first version of GPM match, the ground-satellite radar volume matching code for monitoring of ground radar calibration. It works with the latest version of the GPM and TRMM data and any ground radar data that can be read by Py-ART
