One of the PVs is not included in the backup - AKS #3252

We need the logs in order to see what happened with that volume. The output of the following commands will help us better understand what's going on:

The code checks for a deletion timestamp and if one is present it will say that it is being deleted. Would you try getting the YAML for the PV in question. Also, please provide the full backup logs and pod logs as requested above. It's very difficult to debug on partial information. |

What steps did you take and what happened:
Im using AKS and I ran
velero backup create dbt-prod-20201123-20-leaves --ttl 1440h0m0s --include-namespaces dbt-productionand one of the PVs wasn't included in the backupWhat did you expect to happen:
Taking snapshots for all the PVs in the namespace
The output of the following commands will help us better understand what's going on:
After the backup had finished we got 27 of 27 snapshots completed successfully although we had 28 PV's.
We can see in the following output that the PV 'pvc-04bf2ebd-8599-4e09-8cfc-4640e32c9016' was missing:
