Exclude Rancher project from backup

Hi.

Trying to backup the namespace with PVC and to restore it on another cluster with Velero 1.5.3.
CentOS 7.7, Rancher 2.5.5, Kubernetes 1.17.2.

On both clusters identical projects are created. When i'm trying to restore namespace on another cluster, it does not restore to it's project but creates link on project on old cluster, so kubectl sees namespace on new cluster, but clicking on project in Rancher moves me to the old one. Moving namespace between that projects is not available.

It's ok for me to restore namespace to Default project and then move it to the right one, but i don't know how to exclude Rancher project from backup.
