31, 61, 1 : VI Workload domain : Adding an Overlay-backed NSX Segment to the NSX Manager.

Facing issue with DRI option 1: Adding an Overlay-backed NSX Segment to the NSX Manager. The segment is not getting created.

Error or Debug Output

ERROR Creating Overlay-backed NSX segment in NSX Manager (sfo-w01-nsx01.sfo.rainpole.io) named (sfo-w01-seg01-tkm): POST_VALIDATION_FAILED

Expected Behavior

The segment should get created without any issues

Actual Behavior

The segment is not getting created.

Steps to Reproduce

| 31, 61, 1 | VI Workload Domain | Adding an Overlay-backed NSX Segment to the NSX Manager.

Running the above option shows error and the segment does not get created.

Observed on VCF 4.5.2

This issue was present in vcf 5.1 but its fixed now.

Unable to reproduce in freshly deployed VCF 4.5.2 with PVS 2.7.1025 (outside of PlatformTools) - @tenthirtyam please close, will investigate as possible PT issue
