I'm just curious... how did the creator of this logo come up with yellow, and that shade of yellow?

I'm also curious. Someone asked me this week if I based the color of my book's cover (Eloquent JavaScript) on the logo, which I didn't, since the book predates this logo by a few months. But it is a very similar shade of yellow. So now I'm wondering, for vanity reasons, if the logo color was inspired by this cover? @voodootikigod Any input?
