Set up the GitHub DashBoard for the team of 24/25

The recruitment period is over and now we should get started with the fun stuff. First of all, we need to have an overview of all issues and tasks that have not been done for this year. For this purpose, we create this GitHub project of the existing template and start filling it with tasks.

Tasks

• Look over what issues should be migrated.
• Ask all leads to add the initial issues to this project.
• Evaluate added issues.
• Update existing labels.

Requirements

• The dashboard is supposed to be similar to the one in the previous year.
• Needs to contain issues from all teams.

Complaining

• @TristanWolfram ask team leads what to do with the "project" tag. What are they supposed to mean?

• The project should focus on Orka
• team leads will be asked to add their issues in the meeting on 15th of September
