Interface for experiments on BigARTM

###Installation

Build and run docker in docker/ (See more https://github.com/omtcyf0/tm_navigator)
In container run ./run_ipython.sh
In browser go to <IP adress of your container>:7000 for access to ipython with example notebook and <IP adress of your container>:5000 for navigator
