Would be nice to make fuzzing when testing transaction de-serialization. Like https://github.com/ElementsProject/rust-elements/tree/master/fuzz

Some questions:

Are the hex-encoded transaction randomized with fuzz?
In that case, how is it possible that a random hex can be deserialized into a transaction?
