Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently when a task failed we cannot run any other task. All Pipeline is stopped

Describe the solution you'd like
By adding a finally field in step to build next the task to run at the end

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively we can add a custom task that gathering all tool and script needed
