Improve documentation around adding new tests #25

Currently the documentation describing how to add a new test is very terse. It should be fleshed out and examples added.

Consider:

  • tutorial to add a simple test, with full code
  • libamp function reference, so test authors know what functions are available
  • links to useful things like protocol buffers documentation

Working towards improving developer documentation now that it is possible
for tests to be added without recompilation of the whole client. See #25.
