Add accountabilities to circle call. #4

Problem is circles call doesn't give back accountabilities descriptions: https://github.com/holacracyone/glassfrog-api/blob/API_v3/sections/circles.md. And there is no accountabilities call. Only option is find role corresponding to circle and get descriptions from them...
