Restarting the device resets this value from -1 to a default, which is why this command is often used |

Description of changes
Added new workflow for MacOS 13+. Since there is no UI method of fully disabling mouse acceleration a terminal command is the best alternative.
Echo out their old scaling amount before and after, in case the user decides they don't like their new setting, or if the command doesn't work (because of using wrong OS version, for example)
