Open IT8951 Device Fail

Hello Guys,

I'm a newbie in this topic. I just bought from e ink a 13.3" ePaper Display (VB3300-NCB) and connected it to the ICE Driving Board (0174-3000001) and im using the software ITE Demo AP v2.5.4. I just tried to follow the steps that was given in the instructions. It worked before but it didn't connected the bmp. files to the e paper. Now when I try to connect to the device through the software it is saying "Open IT8951 Device Fail". Maybe it´s my Mini USB Cable what´s causing the problem but there´s also the problem that the device doesn't receive the bmp. files before.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
