Better Error handling for .ini file #1

Handle errors in the .ini file better.

Highlight the exact issue in the log for easier recognition
Set the default for that item and move on
Show end user error pertaining to the item in the ini file that is an issue
If multiple issues, list them in the message to the user to prevent multiple popup messages.
