Selective Combining Randomly Switches to Wrong Channel #17

In some simulations, the wrong channel with a weaker SNR is selected by the Selective Combining block.

It seems that Maximal Combining is more consistent for the general case.

This issue seems to be related to the SNR Estimation function and is beyond our control, at the moment.
