Expected boolean value is added to the xmlIfPipe since XmlIfPipe only checks the string value, it is not capable to check the boolean type. So in case isActualiseerZaakStatusMessage has a value 'false' then it was going to be taken as true since it has a string value. Now we make it clearer what value to expect.
