Add distance and elevation to observation station

Description

We would like to add the distance from the observation station to the point location, and the station's elevation to current conditions. This is the implementation ticket for #1403

Questions and Considerations

Since the distance will be an approximation to somewhere within a point, I think we should only show the distance in whole miles to reduce the impression this is a precise measurement.

Acceptance Criteria

• The observation station's elevation has been added
• The distance between the observation station and the point has been added
• Additions match the design
