Description

During demo prep, I logged in beta.weather.gov as an "Content editor" and got a page devoid of CSS:

There were no errors in the console. We seem to be serving up the CSS for the surrounding Drupal administrator interface itself (the top/bottom are fine) but not the interior.

Acceptance criteria

  • "Content editors" can properly see the admin interface when they log in
