TüNDRA converter

This library is supposed to become a collection of all converters used by TüNDRA. At the moment there are only three converters have been integrated.

Available converters

1. The original converter from TCF to TüNDRA;
2. Perseus to TüNDRA (converter for the Latin and Ancient Greek treebanks taken from the Perseus project https://github.com/PerseusDL/treebank_data);
3. Universal dependencies to TüNDRA (treebanks taken from http://universaldependencies.org)
