Description:
The wAR page on the website is currently experiencing issues with scrolling. Users are unable to scroll down to view the entire content of the page.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the WAR page on the website.
2. Attempt to scroll down using the mouse wheel or scrollbar.
3. Notice that the page remains fixed and cannot be scrolled.

Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to scroll down the WAR page to view all of its content.
