  1. Make OpenLayers keyboard navigation work 

    Adds tabIndex attribute to the map's container, so
it gets focusable. Otherwise the OL keyboard
navigation won't work, see 'keyboardEventTarget'
in https://openlayers.org/en/latest/apidoc/module-ol_Map.html
