Fixes wrong measurement results in projected map setups, since the map projection was not specified in 'getLength' and 'getArea' function calls.

This PR fixes wrong measurement results in projected map setups (other than the OpenLayers default
EPSG:3857), since the map projection was not specified ingetLengthandgetAreafunction calls in thewgu-measuretoolmodule.
